Do not use this business unless you want to get ripped off and told lots of lies!!!! I was sucked in by their willingness to repair my washing machine on a weekend for a reasonable rate. After an initial inspection, the repair guy said he needed to take my machine to their workshop for a 'speedy' repair. I stupidly provided my credit card details to them as a deposit and 2 days later, $712.50 was charged onto my credit card. The repair guy kept promising that the machine would be fixed within a few days, coming up with excuses for why it wasn't an easy job. When the promised dates arrived but the machine wasn't delivered, I would phone to find out why. The receptionist was exceptionally rude and when I finally did speak to the repair guy, he would come up with another excuse. I originally thought he had a speech impediment, but in hindsight, i think he was drunk many of the times that I spoke to him. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. They are inept and dishonest!
